Dwarpar connects you with local stores and independent delivery partners. By creating an account and placing orders, you agree to these terms.
Prices, delivery fees, and platform fees are shown before you pay. Once an order is placed, cancellation is only possible before the store accepts it. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; cash on delivery may be available for select orders.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with traffic, weather, and store readiness. Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the platform — this includes placing fraudulent orders, abusing promo codes, or harassing store or delivery staff. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
