We record which screens you open so we can see where the app or website is confusing or broken — for example, if people repeatedly get stuck on the signup screen, that tells us something is wrong there. We record the name of the screen (such as "Cart" or "Store page"), not what you typed, searched for, or looked at on it.
Because we want to find problems that stop people before they create an account, these usage records are tied to a randomly generated app-install identifier rather than your name or phone number. If you are signed in, the record is also linked to your account. This identifier is reset if you reinstall the app or clear your browser data. Usage records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — that goes directly to Razorpay under their own security and compliance standards. We only receive a payment confirmation and reference ID.
To operate the marketplace: showing nearby stores, processing orders, coordinating delivery, sending order updates, and providing support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the store fulfilling your order and the delivery partner assigned to it — only as needed to complete that order. Backend infrastructure is provided by Google Firebase.
Order records are retained after account deletion for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes as required by law. They are no longer linked to your profile once your account is deleted.
